Covid-19 Service Update

Dear customers,

HSP are closely monitoring the UK governments advice on the recent Covid-19 outbreak and we’re taking appropriate measures accordingly.

We are still open, all online orders will be dispatched as soon as possible. We are aware that courier services might be running at a delayed time but we will still be dispatching accordingly.

Orders purchased with payment method Bank Transfer please allow up to 14 days to receive your order although most orders will be with you before.

Orders placed with Klarna will need to clear our side before any items are sent out and as above please allow up to 14 days to receive your order, if the payment doesn’t clear within the 14 days it will be dispatched once the payment has cleared. 

Any priority orders please email ( before placing, as this will incur an additional fee (we can locate a fixed date which one of our drivers will deliver your order to you if you are based in the UK mainland) this service is only valid for orders over £500, Priority orders must also be paid with Bank Transfer.

All normal orders placed will be dispatched as soon as possible. International orders will also be dispatched as normal however might be slightly delayed depending on the courier services guideline and the receiving country’s policy of the COVID-19 outbreak.
