Dismantling Parts & New Parts.

**Dismantling Parts**

All dismantling parts are tried and tested before the vehicle is dismantled for parts. All parts are removed from running vehicles, this is to avoid damaged parts. The majority of the cars we have in stock are not accident damaged like many other companies. This is so we can provide the highest quality used parts. Any parts that are defective or faulty will state this in the item description and will not be eligible for a replacement or refund.

In the rare occasion that you receive a part that arrives damaged (which might be down to courier damage in transit and rarely happens as we take a lot of pride in packaging) please contact us within 2 days of receiving the item with pictures of the packaging, and pictures of the damage so that we can take it up with the courier. All items are security marked and photographed before being dispatched so we will be able to identify if an item is ours. All items are also sent with tracked shipping, which we use to verify the date that the item was signed for. If you fail to contact us within 2 days of the item being signed for we are unable to offer any help resolving your issue. 

Any items that have been installed and driven will not be eligible for a replacement.

Our dismantling parts do not come with a warranty as all items are used and removed from running vehicles and have been tried and tested before removal so we can guarantee it works before dispatching.

Please also check before purchasing if the item you are purchasing fits your vehicle (the vehicle that the item has been removed from will be in the item description) as we will not offer a refund for parts that have been purchased for the wrong vehicle.

 
Warranty: **Brand New Parts Only**

Our brand new parts come with manufactures warranty. If you would like to know how long the warranty is on an individual product drop us an email as this will vary depending on the item. If the product is defective and needs to be returned do not send directly to the manufacture all items must be returned to us unless stated.

Returns: (if applicable)

Our policy lasts 14 days from the delivery is signed for. If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be refunded.

 

Brand new parts:

Refunds: (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds: (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund, firstly check your bank account.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is in your available balance. Or contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is processed.

Sale items: (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded.

Faulty items: (if applicable) 

Only regular priced items may be refunded. We also do not refund or exchange any items sold as faulty.


Exchanges: (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@hsperformancecars.com

Gifts: (if applicable)

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

Shipping: (if applicable)
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. All items must be sent via a trackable shipping service with shipping insurance.
